Payment Plan
Our payment plan for purchasing our properties is designed to be flexible and manageable for our clients. Here are the details:
- 10% deposit is required to secure the property and take it off the market.
- 10% is due upon signing of the Sale Agreement.
- 50% will be paid in 5 equal instalments throughout the construction process, allowing you to spread out the payments and plan your budget accordingly.
- 30% will be due upon handover of the completed property.
- Our payment plan is flexible, so if you have any specific needs or concerns, please don't hesitate to speak with our sales team. We will do our best to work out a plan that works for you.
